Ethiopia/Southern Sudan. A grueling, three-week evangelistic trip to Southern Sudan brought forth much fruit. Despite the daytime temperatures of over 110 degrees, the Switzers along with another missionary couple labored in eight different churches. New preachers were ordained and 42 people were baptized. With the help of a donated generator, many thousands of people saw a gospel film in their own language of Nuer. It was encouraging to see that these congregations have begun building their own places of worship, primitive as they are. Financial help was given, however, additional funding is needed.
